<image:title>Home - Maestro Wines comes out of my lifelong love of wines, which started with my fascination for my Dad’s wine collection. It was a 2000 bottle cellar of great wines, with first growth Bordeaux from the 82’ and 86’ vintages. There were legendary names like Margaux, Latour, Lafite and Mouton. For celebrations, a bottle of Dom Perignon was often opened. It was an auspicious and fun beginning for me!</image:title>

<image:title>Testimonials - “Maestro Palmer has a wonderfully refined palate and vast knowledge of world wines. His ability to distill the basic elements of wine and the food it loves has brought my friends and me many wonderful meals over the years. From the simplicity of everyday pairings to the gourmand seeking the sublime, a better person to consult on any matter pertaining to food and wine can not be found unless Thomas Jefferson himself could be interviewed celestially.”</image:title>
